About me

Hi, I’m Rivka!

I am a pediatric occupational therapist, parent coach, and mom of two who believes that play is the most powerful way children grow. Through years of supporting toddlers and preschoolers with developmental delays and sensory or communication needs, I’ve seen how play opens the door to connection, learning, and real progress.

I know how overwhelming it can feel when you’re unsure what’s typical, what’s a “wait and see,” and what may need more support. My approach helps parents understand what’s really going on with their child, decoding behaviors, developmental signs, and play patterns so you can feel confident about the next steps.

In my coaching, I use a play-based, connection-first approach to help you support regulation, routines, and overall development in simple, meaningful ways that fit your real life.
